The Gram Parsons Nudie suit custom guitar strap that we create takes a lot of hours, but it's a labor of love.  We re-create this strap on a regular basis, but each guitar strap is one of a kind.  For the Gram/Nudie guitar strap, we start with a thick but supple piece of belt leather, that we treat with our top-secret process to break down the fibers and soften the leather.  We dye the strap black or red, paint it a creamy white, then bevel the edges to "frame" the strap with black or red.  The images you see here are all cut from kidskin leather, glued, then sewn to the strap.  We embellish the entire strap with nickel silver nailheads, Nudie style, then back the strap with suede and add our own signature adjustment buckle. Our hardware is rounded, and will not scratch your guitar.
