We're sticklers for leather with the best possible feel, weight and finish, so our guitar straps are not only beautiful, they're built to last a lifetime.  For this leather guitar strap, we start with a sturdy, thick, supple piece of black chap leather.  The strap is cut at two and a quarter inches wide and backed with high quality suede.  We glue the backing on before stitching it on, so there's just about no possible way that you could tear this strap apart.  We embellish the strap with same leather lacings, front and back.  We add our own oxidized brass adjustment buckle on the back, giving you 9 inches of adjustment space.  As with all of our guitar straps, this strap is just as beautiful from the back as it is from the front, and we didn't want to take up a lot of space with adjustment holes, so we are creating this strap in two different sizes. You may want to measure your current strap before you place your order!  To measure, just lay your strap flat and measure from the center of one peghole to the center of the other peghole.  All of our guitar straps are created with top of the line, soft and supple leathers, and are hand-crafted in the US.
